We are partnered with an equity finance investor and also known numerous others. Where just equity finance is required, we can help and consider this for a range of projects.
Equity can also be introduced alongside loan facilities to make a suitable structure for financing of a project. Multiple sectors in property and construction are considered.
Special Requirements
If we cannot directly provide the solution or where prospective clients have very particular special requirements we have relationships which on consultative basis means we can potentially provide that solution. This also includes introducing joint venture partners for some types of development.
